How many times have you heard that " you are what you
eat "? At least a billion times. Funny is, though, it true .Do know why
it's true ? Of course , do .It 's true , because more fatty foods we're eating
more fat loss factor and lose weight we gain .
We are all so busy in our daily lives that we just do not
see how fast food is really killing us .It 's killing us slow and sometimes
painful way .Obesity, heart disease, diabetes , high blood pressure , cancer ,
just to name a few , all increases.
A lot of people just do not want to take the time to eat properly. Hey we're all busy and bone tired at the end of the day, but that
does not mean we should reject health just because we're "too tired "
to cook something healthy.
How many of you reading this right now , I know that kid
eats all the vegetables are put in front of them ? Not a lot is not it? My
youngest son is 12 years old and he refuses to eat any veggies, except corn and
green beans .And then he will not eat them 90 % of the time I have to fix them
